How exactly does per-bed billing work?
₹49 per bed per month, on the beds you actually run. 90 beds is ₹4,410 a month. Add or remove beds and the next month adjusts.
What counts as a bed?
One sleeping spot, so a triple-sharing room is three beds. Empty beds are free; you pay for occupied beds and confirmed move-ins.
Do you help with onboarding and setup?
Yes. We set up your properties and beds with you and train your team, at no extra cost.
Can you import my existing tenant and rent data?
Yes. Spreadsheet, register or another tool: we load your residents, beds and rent with you.
